Mission & Objectives

The mission of the Colorado Association of Community Corrections Boards is to provide leadership and support to local boards through networking, sharing information, offering training, educating the community and interfacing with appropriate State agencies and the Colorado legislature.

The objectives of the Colorado Association of Community Corrections Boards are:

1. Train and develop the capacity of community corrections board members to perform their responsibilities.
2. Promote the use of evidence-based practices and evidence-based decision making.
3. Encourage the development of laws, programs and resources which improve the quality, safety and effectiveness of community corrections.
